The Hi-TECH 200 by HWACHEON is a horizontal turning center designed for maximum stability and reliability in demanding machining tasks. Its robust machine construction and large-sized flat guides ensure exceptional machining quality and process reliability. The Hi-TECH 200 is equipped with flat guides on all axes, which, thanks to their durable design and air-pressure-assisted construction, enable smooth, vibration-free movements. This ensures reliable high-performance machining with consistently high precision, even during long machining cycles. The powerful spindle achieves speeds of up to 5,000 rpm with a torque of 114.5 Nm. For greater demands, a variant with 3,500 rpm and a torque of 163.6 Nm is available. With a maximum bar capacity of up to 76 mm, it allows for flexible machining of various workpieces. A maximum turning diameter of Ø350 mm and a turning length of up to 630 mm provide ideal conditions for medium and large workpieces. The BMT-65 turret supports up to 12 tools and enables precise machining with short setup times. Feed rates of 30 m/min in the X and Z axes promote efficient movements, while the rigid machine structure maximizes stability and tool life.
